Zoho

Zoho licensing, with the implementation that makes it work

A business application that is bought but not adopted returns nothing. We supply the licensing and the migration, configuration and onboarding around it.

Zoho's appeal for mid-sized organisations is breadth at a predictable per-user cost: one vendor covering CRM, accounting, service desk and collaboration, with the applications sharing a customer record rather than being stitched together afterwards.

The failure mode is equally predictable. Licences are bought, data is not migrated properly, workflows are left at their defaults, and six months later the team is still working in spreadsheets. The licensing is the easy part.

The applications we most often license

Zoho CRM

Pipeline, contacts, deals and forecasting, with automation that removes the manual data entry sales teams reliably refuse to do.

Zoho Books

Accounting with GST return preparation and e-invoicing built for Indian statutory requirements rather than retrofitted.

Zoho Desk

Multi-channel support ticketing with SLA management and a knowledge base that deflects repeat questions.

Zoho Workplace

Business email, documents, chat and meetings at a lower per-user cost than the mainstream alternatives.

Zoho One

The full application catalogue priced per employee — excellent value for broad adoption, poor value for two applications.

Zoho One: the pricing model to understand first

Zoho One's all-employee pricing requires a licence for every employee in the organisation, not only those using the applications. There is a flexible per-user option at a considerably higher unit price.

That makes it very good value where a broad set of applications will genuinely be adopted, and poor value where only two or three will. The deciding question is not what the suite contains but what your teams will actually run on it within twelve months. We will model both against your headcount.

Frequently asked questions

Can you migrate our data from an existing system?
Yes. Migration into Zoho CRM, Books, Desk and Mail from most mainstream platforms is a standard engagement. The work that determines success is field mapping and deciding what not to bring across.
Is Zoho One better value than individual applications?
It depends on how many applications will genuinely be adopted. Zoho One is priced per employee across the whole organisation, so it is excellent value for broad adoption and poor value for two or three applications. We will model both.
